This is an amazing movie! It is based around Alex, Morty and other zoo animals find a way to escape from Madagascar when the penguins reassemble a wrecked airplane. The precariously repaired craft stays airborne just long enough to make it to the African continent. There the New Yorkers encounter members of their own species for the first time. Africa proves to be a wild place, but Alex and company wonder if it is better than their Central Park home. This is a great movie! I loved the whole plot, the theme and the storyline of the movie, it was set so perfectly with the movie. Another good thing about the movie is that each of the characters had a different personality there was no twin personality. I would recommend this movie to people of all ages because it is a family friendly movie and enjoyed by everyone. Overall, this is a fantastic movie! 5/5 - @TheBookWorm of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library After becoming stranded somewhere in Madagascar in the first movie, the animals are still there. However, the penguins are able to fix up a plane and then they are able to fly off of the island to reach Central Park Zoo in New York, only to find themselves in another place in Africa. The animals witness other animals in the wildlife and feel out of place as they have been confined in a zoo for their entire lives. The animals have experienced life in the zoo, and also the freedom of wildlife. Alex, the lion, meets his parents in the African wilderness. - @JuiceboxZ of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
