This is a 112-minute 2-PART documentary about animal rescues produced in 2006 for the award-winning NATURE programs---the longest-running weekly natural history series on television.
It has two episodes.
"Katrina's Animal Rescue" shows heroic efforts to save Hurricane Katrina's animal victims.
"Underdogs" tells the stories about the trainers who teach unwanted and abandoned dogs so that these pooches turn into valuable working animals.
It is an amazing and heart-warming documentary.
